Hi Christina. Yes, the FURminator is great for Labs! I have a black lab and you would be amazed at the amount of fur he can spread around the house! After getting a FURminator I don’t have to sweep my house twice a day like I used to. The FURminator has been a blessing 🙂
The furminator looks great for cats. I have the one for dogs and it’s by far the best deshedding tool I’ve used. I will surely give this one for cats a try. I’m sure I will not be disappointed. My cat is short haired so I believe I only have to brush once a week. I’m also looking for a method to bathe my kitty. Sometimes he gets caught up in a mess and needs my assistance bathing. Any recommendations?
You’re right Jonathan, the FURminator works great for both cats and dogs! I have a dog and 2 cats and they all get brushed with FURminators. As far as bathing goes, I wrote an article on giving your cat a bath – have a read!
